Soka Kindergarden Camp

Before i start, my mind has already set, playing a musical piece doesn mean care bout intonation only or dynamics bla bla bla, its a in the 'fillling ar'... i meant feelings.... if the piece is happy, must sing it with happy style... think of an occation of happy events... thats what i've received comments and encouragements from friends who are not fully musicians, but they have the passion of music...



I've volunteered to take part in the SOKA KINDERGARDEN CAMP to look after the k1 and k2s.... the programe is goin to the science centre in the morning... to let them explore and have fun.. until 4 pm.. and return back to the Soka kindergarden centre at tampines.. near SAFRA there... how far from my house man... anyway.. i really enjoyed myself damn much there... especially with the kids.. makes me think back of myself... but sometime i do envy them studyin in a good enviroment..


i woke up at 7 plus... and i thought perhaps i could slack abit... bath slowly and eat.. who knows the stupid bus 15 also deli-daly.... basket.. then my friend called me telling me that the bus is leavin... making me damn kan chiong.. but i cant do anything other than pointin a knife at the bus driver... i cant do anything... tell me come faster i cant do anything... anyway... i ran there with half of my leg... practically hopping around there...


the kids were so excited to see us !! the STUDENT DIVISION representatives... and they were so cute !! one of the gal... ming yue, showed us her precious soft toy.... SPONGE BOB SQUARE PANTS and PATICK... whahaha... she keep huggin them... so cute... the ride was very long... 1 hr.. sit until my car-zhng almost become pancake... the principal and the teachers instruct us what to do and our SD IC, Rowena... distribute us to each section.. mine is in the water area... meant to look after the kids when they play the water area... the water area is damn fun !!! the kids love playing the balls in the display there... its like the ball from the top, sink down while being sucked by the whirlpool... and then the sprinker pushes the ball back to the top.. very nice.. the kids love that... most of the kids almost went inside the display.. and no one must climb the display.. so we have to busy carry them back.. 5 of us takin care a group of 20... piang... the kids were so energetic !! the 5 of us tricked the kids, we pulled them onto a spot.. and we spin the wheel... and when the bucket at the top gets filled... it will pour down.. and all of them got wet... they were so happy getting wet... lol...


i showed them the rocket... filled the bottle with 1/3 of water.. and pump the air into it until cannot pump.. then i shoot the plastic bottle into the air... the kids love it!!! and they keep givin me jobs and dont let me rest....... evil them !!


their time is up... the worst part is... change the clothes for the guys !! cos we guy ma.. cannot change for gals.. so the female teacher change for the gals while we change for the guys... most of the kids were well trained by their parents.. they know how to take of clothes and wear.. keep their stuff such things.. some dont... it shows how pampered their parent is.. maybe their maid always do the changing for them... cannot like that...

there's a kid... who is so blur !!! and i myself also la... i took his clean pants and underwear from his bag and put a side... then i change his clothes.. next.. i asked him where is his pants.. he said he dont know.. underwear? he dont know also... so.. we assume he didn bring !! ALAMAK !!!!! then i went to wash his underwear !!!!!!! use the hand dryer to dry his underwear !! like mad.. then.. i found a plastic bag.. with a pants and underwear.. hope its not his.... but IT IS !!!!! cos of the same brand of the underwear !! and i remembered i took out !!!! ALAMAK !!!! so blur !!!!! .... then faster change for him... and change for the rest.. GOOD TRAINING TO BE A FATHER.. whahaha... mad...



after all the lecturing to the kids.... we finally cooled down.. and..... AHHH !!! got 2 more groups !!!!!..... so the story continues.. the same for the two groups... =/... you can imagine.. how we change the clothes for the kids and underwear all that...


one of the kid damn cute..... Ethan... his name.. before taking his clothes off.. i told him.. " REACH FOR THE STARS !!! "... the he raise both his hands... so can take out.... then when puttin on clothes on him... " BE A SUPER MAN !!! a right handed one... " immediately he raise his right hand... and so does the left hand... damn cute !!!!!


oh ya.. Rowena.. she bullied the small kids !! we were changing halfway for the kids.. and she peeked in!! and took pictures of them half bottom naked !!!!!! without underwear !!!! oh my tian !!!! she ar... no comments !!!


next we had lunch... MAC DONALDS !!!!!! i ate 2 chicken burger.. and the size is damn small !!!! its like KFC mushroom burger... but its free la... nth to complain...


next we went back to the Kindergarden... the kids went for wash up... and we have a dialogue with the principal.. the principal shared with us how they teach the kids... they teach the kids... by letting them play with learning.. meanin play to learn.... last time my kindergarden is always asking you to do spelling... all such stuff... damn stress... but this is different.. the system is different too... for nursery level... the kids tend to be keepin things to themselves.. like " Mine.. my toy.... not yours... i own this toy.. " such things... so the system is like... nursery level... the classes is differenciate by names of the plants.. as a grower... then K1... the classrooms is named by Singaporean Pioneers.... Eunos... Yusof... Tan Tock Seng... this is to let the kids understand the pioneers of our country... and also.. teaching them how to share things... goin outing.. doin projects too !!!!!! its madness.... they even have computer lesson !!!! my first computer lesson is when i was sec 1 !! lol..



next is K2... named after global authors... to let them know bout authors in the outside country... all that... and also ... understand the different religion... culture.. race... and be harmony... sometime kids tends to criticise other race of what they see.. and what they smell.. without knowing what is that... and why they are doin it... something like that...


then Mrs Tay.. the principal.. told us how the teachers teach them... talking in class is allowed... cos by talkin.. they can express themselves... rather than keepin quiet in class... then the teacher dont know whether they understand or not... and cos if they cant speak well.. Plus they cant write... they cant express themselves... and if they learn to talk.. they can express themselves even though they cant write... but of course must know when to talk la.... they have outtings all the time... doin projects... doin presentation to other classes !!! wow...

she also taught us how the kids thinks... for example if the boy age of 3 kiss the gal with same age on the cheeks... doesn mean he tries to seduce her or something... is to express their feelings ma.. if they like you they will kiss you one.. just like how they kiss their parents on the cheeks... or they look at their panties... doesn mean anything also ma... 'KIDS ARE ALWAYS FULL OF CURIOUSITY....' and that is so true.. if you think the boy and the gal look at each other's underwear are very obiang... think again.. with the age of 5.. what can the boy do harmful to the gal??? ahh...... or why they react like that? is it because of the show they watched?? or the siblings??? or even the parents who are so careless that they forgot to lock their doors when.. ahem....


after have dialogue... was really envy with them... next is dinner !!!! the aunties there cook damn nice !!! they are such a great cook !!!!! and all of us have 2nd round.. serious.. its damn delicious.. rice with cabbage.... fried fish.. fried prawns.... abalones !!!!!!!


next we have camp fire !!! a fake fire... lol and the kids were all surround it... screaming when the teacher asked them whether they want to sing or dance.. when they scream.. its even louder and sharper than the china gals...

Our SD members also perform for the kids.. doin the chicken dance??? lol... gladly all the kids love it and they join us.. the kids were so smart.. knowin the fire thingy is a fake.. and the fake flame is blown by the fan inside.. they use the fan to cool down themselves.. and played with the fake flames by tangling them.. and we have to busying untangle it... =S


After ends... we went to take a look around the kindergarden.. their classrooms... before the Kindergarden owns the building.. its a place for gatherings... choirs... and i was one of the junior choirs before.. and that building is my memory... where dad brings my sis and i there and back home... the sweetness memories...


their classroom is so POWDERFUL man... air-conditioned.... got music room.. a very nice KAWAI piano.. given by our SENSEI... though all the keys is out of tune...


then we slack around at the hall... chit chatting with the principal.. and we really really really shared alot among ourselves.. the different religions... and the differences... why arguement takes place.... the total difference where many ppl cant adapt the difference...


then Jason and i went to cope the food... since no one is eating.. we ate 2 to 3 bowls... rice of chicken rice.. then vege... vegetarian meal nia..

went to bath ....... and only 1 handicap cubical is free for the 8 of us... so 1 of us went to bath first... while the rest of us havin dialogues... they were so nice.. they really wait for you to bath finish.. at first when im the first to bath... i thought they will left me behind or something... or go somewhere else.. they just sat at the door... sharing their army days....... cos of ghost or something.... and ya... of course there is no ghost.. one of us.. Choon Fei... told us about his army dog and him sleeping at the taxi road.. cos he is a RG or RP or something... with a guard dog... oh ya.. before that.. he told us that dog actually farts !! like us.. the sound and the smell is the same as us.. and when his dog farts.. he slaps its face... so funny.. but the dog didn bite him.. cos being its master for so long... ok.. then he sleeps on the road side with the dog... and when he wake up.. his dog will always look at him.. and took a sudden breath.. and Choon Fei will slap him again.. cos of the smell.. damn smelly.. so bad eh.. haha...
next is when he get this dog.. the dog is strong and not really obediant... it will tried to pull the master with him... or something... then my friend will kick him with his boot.. and the dog will whine... and then walk with him.. starrin with him.. so my friend won.. whahahaha... so funny !!


then when everyone bath finish, we went to sleep at 4... letting WeiLiang listen to the 'MR BROWN SHOW.. ZHNG MY CAR'....... both of us were laughin so loud.. cos of the hokkien language...



at 6.15... my body automatically wake up... cos we have to wake up by that time... brush our teeth... with our blur face...


wake the kids up magically when we switch on the lights.. the kids will immediately wake up!! .. and one of them will auto say morning to us.. and of course we do that to them.... helping them to fold their blankets... pack their luaggage... and change their clothes again.. same thing... very cute kids...


then they ate their breakfast.. pork porrage.. very delicious !!!! such luxury kids....


finally they went home...... oh ya !! one of the kids... WEI GUAN.. chubby chubby boy.. always hugs us whenever he sees us... he will just hug you then hug him and hug her.. whoever he sees will hug.... very cute...


after this camp... it gives me a wonderful nostalgic feelings... and change my thinkin of the results of i get... just work hard la...
